Construction:
Fixed tubesheet heat exchanger mainly consist of shell, tube plate, tube bundle, tube box and other components.
Shell, Channel, Tubesheet, Bundle and the two ends of the tube are fixed on the tubesheet by welding or expanding, the tubesheet welded directly to the shell. The tubesheet also as the flange function connect the channel by bolts and nuts, the two ends channel has inlet nozzle or outlet nozzle.
Characteristic:
It is simple construction, no sealing connection in shell side. The same shell internal dimension has the most inner tubes. In the flow of the baffle, the path is minimized. The channel side can be divided into any number of tubes. It is reducing cost and widely used.
